I am Donna Dee, photographer/artist/owner, of Donna Dee Photography located in Venice, FL. As a self-taught photographer, I continually changed and elevated my style of photography to make it my own. While perfecting my brand, I acquired confidence as a person and as a photographic artist.
They say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Perky flowers evoke happiness. Magnificent landscapes evoke calm. And abandoned houses and vehicles tell a story. These are all objects of beauty to me. And this is the beauty that I photograph to bring to you!
With my Macro lens, I capture the tiniest petals and insects as well as get in close to the inside of a flower. One of my favorite times to photograph flowers is after a rain to get a glisten on the petals. With my Wide Angle lens I am able to capture the endless scope of a landscape catching every detail that is in the horizon.

Macro Photography captures the beauty of nature in close detail. In my journeys, I capture pretty flowers and florals that occasionally has a visiting butterfly, bee or a small insect resting or hovering nearby. With my macro lens, I am able to get up close to capture every detail.

There are times I leave my comfort zone to photograph something different. In this gallery, are images of restored old cars, older cars rusting away and memorabilia of a time forgotten. It is as if these items were found in a time capsule!
